Panasonic sells 80% of its projector business to Orix and creates new joint company
Panasonic has reached an agreement on a capital partnership with Orix Corporation for its projector business. A new company will be established based on its Media Entertainment Business Division (MEBD), Orix will hold 80% of the shares, and Panasonic Connect will hold 20%.
