LCI Productions has delivered projections to celebrate Doctor Who Day (23 November) and the 60th anniversary of the iconic sci-fi series. The company is working with BBC Wales to deliver a nighttime water-based projection spectacular across four days at the Roath Basin in Cardiff Bay.
